How long do your marshmallows stay fresh?
Our marshmallows are handcrafted in small batches and are best enjoyed within 8-10 weeks. To maintain peak fluffiness, store them in a cool, dry place inside their original airtight packaging.
Are your marshmallows gluten-free and allergen-friendly?
Most of our flavors are naturally gluten-free; however, they are produced in a facility that also handles wheat, dairy, and nuts. Please check the specific ingredient list on each product page for detailed allergen information.
How long does shipping take?
We typically process orders within 2-3 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery takes 3-5 business days. During peak holiday seasons, we recommend ordering at least two weeks in advance.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the United States and Canada to ensure our marshmallows arrive fresh and in perfect condition. We hope to expand to more countries soon.
Can I return my order if I change my mind?
Because our products are perishable food items, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there is an error with your shipment, please contact us within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.
Do you provide custom orders for events or weddings?
